Who is responsible for your information?
Intronave is a trading name of Monte Guy, a sole trader based in England, UK. Contact: connect@intronave.com.
What information may we collect?
Depending on how you contact us, this may include your name, business email, role, company name and website, country or region, broad industry and company information, and the general types and history of operational records your business holds. If you book a call, the selected calendar provider may also collect booking details and technical information under its own privacy notice.
Please do not send customer lists, personal information about customers or employees, raw datasets, confidential files, credentials, or records you are not authorised to share.
Why do we use it?
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a conversation.
- To assess whether a data licensing introduction may be relevant.
- To explain and coordinate a proposed introduction to a licensing partner.
- To maintain necessary business records and protect the website and our communications.
When might we share information?
We may use website, email, hosting, and calendar service providers to operate the service. If a potential partner may be relevant, we will explain which partner and what company overview would be shared. We share that overview only after discussing it with you and you agree to the introduction. We do not ask you to upload business records to Intronave.
We use Vercel to host this website, Spacemail to send and receive email, and Cal.com to schedule calls. These providers act on our behalf and may process information outside the UK, including in the United States.
Lawful basis, retention, and transfers
We use the details you send us (your name, work email, company, role and the overview you choose to share) to reply to your enquiry, arrange a call and, only with your permission, introduce your business to a relevant partner. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, for introductions, your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We keep enquiry and booking details for up to 12 months after our last contact, then delete them. If you ask us to stop, we delete them sooner unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you are and which privacy law applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain uses of your personal information. To make a request, contact connect@intronave.com. You may also be able to complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and third-party content
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and it serves its own typefaces rather than loading them from a third party. When the booking calendar is embedded, that provider may collect technical information or set cookies under its own notice.
Updates
We may update this notice as the website, calendar provider, and services change. The latest version will appear on this page with its updated date.
