Who may be
a fit?

A practical starting profile can help you decide whether a conversation is worth having.

Who we work with

Established businesses with a real history of documented operations.

9+ employeesCurrent minimum employee count
3+ yearsTrading and still actively operating
Operational historyBusiness records that show how work gets done over time

What kind of history is useful?

Records from the systems your team uses day to day: for example, service histories, support cases, work orders, transaction records, project files, or process documentation.

The strongest starting point is a record that gives context to the work—what happened, what steps the team took, and what outcome followed. A simple customer list on its own does not show that history.

Which industries can be relevant?

Manufacturing, field service, logistics, finance and accounting, property, healthcare operations, software, professional services, and other sectors where teams document repeatable work.

For the first conversation

A high-level overview of your company, employee count, years in operation, systems, and record history is enough. Do not send customer lists, raw datasets, personal information, confidential records, or system access.
